TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

▫️Official check-in time is 16:00hrs and check out time is 12:00hrs.
▫️Full-day surcharge is applicable for a guaranteed check-in before 16:00hrs.
▫️Half day late check out till 18:00hrs is chargeable at 50% of room rate and full rate is chargeable for check out after 18.00hrs.
▫️Airport transfer between 23:30hrs to 06:00hrs is subject to 50% surcharge.

 

NOTE:

▫️All prices quoted above are applicable three (3) days pre & three (3) days post after the official conference dates for the stated room categories only.
▫️All prices quoted are subject to 8% Service Tax.
▫️Other prevailing taxes that will be introduced or imposed by the Malaysian Government, if any, are strictly borne by the guest.
▫️All prices quoted are inclusive of internet or WIFI.
▫️All prices quoted are inclusive of breakfast at sedap Restaurant (Hotel) or Living Space (Residences).
▫️Rooms are subject to availability upon time of reservation.
▫️The Federal Government has imposed a mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM10 per room per night for all international guests. The Tourism Tax is not included in the rate as quoted.
